End of financial transaction with 88. Transaction confirmation 22 in Poland means hotel room with end 8 in Vietnam Da Nang

Please respond that I currently have approximately 5,208.88 PLN. My story with the number 88 began in Warsaw at the Bank Millennium branch on Marszałkowska 136, when I attempted to withdraw $10,000 USD and my Android smartphone’s geolocation was hacked.

On the morning of the withdrawal—around 8:00 AM—I received a phone call informing me that a bailiff had seized a large sum of money from my account. I found this very strange because, when I visited the Bank Millennium branch at Złote Tarasy, no one mentioned anything about such an action.

Additionally, I do not have tax residency in Poland, so I don’t understand why a bailiff would be taking money from my bank account and transferring it to a Kraków bank account in Warsaw. What is really going on here?

Till today I dont have any document about court case about this amount from baliff - Ewa Szeremietiew-Kurza, Komornik Sądowy przy Sądzie Rejonowym w Białymstoku.

Good morning,

In response to your email of 6 March 2026, I inform you that the Prezydent Miasta Białegostoku conducted enforcement proceedings regarding the fee for the conversion of the right of perpetual usufruct into ownership.

The outstanding amounts were:

81.01 PLN for 2020

81.01 PLN for 2021

On 21 February 2023, the enforcement authority carried out a bank account seizure at Bank Millennium, case reference BEA-I.3160.1897.2023.RJ, for the amount of 338.21 PLN.

On 24 February 2023, the bank executed the seizure, which concluded the enforcement proceedings.
